Submissions
Subject to the terms of the Paddock Animal & Co. Web Site Use and Rewards Program Privacy Policy, which shall prevail, when you submit messages, data, text, photographs, images and other materials to Paddock Animal & Co., you grant Paddock Animal & Co. a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to: i) to use, reproduce, store, adapt, translate, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, distribute or make available to the public such content for any purpose whatsoever; and ii) to sublicense to third parties the unlimited right to exercise any of the foregoing rights.
In addition to the grant of the foregoing license, but subject to the terms of Paddock Animal & Co.'s Website and Rewards Program Privacy Policy, which shall prevail, the User hereby: i) waives all moral rights in its content; ii) consents to its name and address appearing for such content, if any, and to the disclosure or display of such information; iii) acknowledges and agrees that Paddock Animal & Co. shall not be liable for any loss, damage or corruption of the user's content; and iv) acknowledges and agrees that submissions it transmits for display on the Website or submits to Paddock Animal & Co. shall be considered non-confidential.
User represents and warrants to Paddock Animal & Cie that: i) the User's Content is original; ii) the User's Content does not infringe any intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright; iii) the User is the sole owner of all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, in the User's Content, or, if applicable, the User has obtained written permission from the owner to submit the User's Content; iv) its content does not violate a third party's right to privacy or image; v) its content is true, accurate, current and complete to the best of its knowledge; vi) its content is not illegal; vii) its content does not contain defamatory or insulting language.
Paddock Animal & Cie has no obligation to verify the content residing on or transmitted to its Website. However, the user acknowledges that Paddock Animal & Cie may at any time verify such content, in particular to comply with any law, regulation, decree or request from the authorities, to ensure the proper operation of the Website or for any other reason at its sole discretion. Paddock Animal & Cie reserves the right to modify, refuse or remove any content residing on or transmitted to its Website if Paddock Animal & Cie believes, in its sole discretion, that such content violates these Terms of Use.
