RETURN AND REFUND CONDITIONS FOR SADDLES

The following conditions apply to all saddles, classic or western, sold online.

• The saddle must be returned within ten (10) days of the purchase date indicated on the invoice;
  Before preparing for the refund of the saddle identified on the invoice, the customer must send an e-mail to [email protected] and wait for confirmation from the Paddock Animal & Cie representative;
• The saddle must be returned in the same condition in which it was sold, clean and free of wear. Photos can be taken at the time of sale to confirm the condition of the saddle;
• THE REFUND WILL BE MADE BY THE PAYMENT METHOD USED AT THE TIME OF ONLINE PURCHASE (If the refund does not work on the card used to make the purchase, Paddock Animal reserves the right to refund the saddle by check).
• THE REFUND WILL BE MADE ONCE THE SADDLE HAS BEEN INSPECTED TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE PADDOCK ANIMAL INC. REPRESENTATIVE.
