Mixing steps
Measure out 1 level scoop of milk replacer and mix with 2 scoops (30 ml) of warm water (60°C).
Mix well for 30 seconds or until well incorporated.
Allow milk replacer to cool slightly, feeding at body temperature (38°C). To mix the total daily amount, store in a clean, sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Reheat in a warm bain-marie.

Taking care of puppies
Wash hands before handling and feeding puppies
PuppyGro reconstituted must be fed at 38°C (body temperature). Use a thermometer.
The mixing ratio should always be 1 part powder to 2 parts water.
Boil fresh water before reconstituting PuppyGro. Allow time for cooling.
For the first 15 days, offer a milky solution from a bottle, just deep enough in the mouth.
Reconstituted PuppyGro can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours. Discard any unused portion after 24 hours.
Frequent feeding of small quantities reduces the risk of digestive disorders.
Clean ALL feeding utensils and equipment after each meal: rinse with lukewarm water, wash with detergent in hot water (80°C), rinse with clean water (ideally a 10% bleach solution) and dry thoroughly with a clean towel.
Fresh water should always be provided for puppies.
At 35 days, start offering regular puppy food in small quantities. Weaning usually takes place around 45 days.
